Family Constellations Workshops
Workshops are held by Yildiz Sethi in Wynnum Brisbane. In coming to a workshop you may choose to come as a representative or observer for a lower fee or to do your own Constellation for a higher fee.

In doing your own Family constellation or Business Constellation you will be able to examine the dynamics of your situation from an impartial position and allow healing of systemic and personal relationships to take place. You will see the bigger picture, which might involve other influences from previous generations that you may not have been aware of.
The constellation will show you reality and also facilitate emotional release and healing to take place in a unique experiential personal development process.
In doing your own Family or Business Constellation you will have the opportunity to represent in other constellations. The workshop is a shared group process.
What to expect in a Family Constellation workshop
Look at any relationships, sabotage patterns, wellness issue. After a short discussion with the facilitator you will be asked to pick representatives of the people of the issue and place them in relation to each other.
This sets up the constellation and shows the underlying dynamic of your situation. The constellation taps into the energy field of the family and the situation and the facilitator guides it to a place of more order. This is a way of sorting an issue out within yourself. You don’t have to bring the people of your issue with you. You have to tell a long story. Just appropriate facts.
The process is brief and in the moment and facilitates many shifts and changes on many levels, so you can find new perspectives.
You just need to be ready for change.You may come to a workshop as a.representive for lower fee. In this case you will not do your own constellation but may take part in the constellations in the workshop.This is valuable because many situations may touch your personal experiences and provide new perspective.
You may do your own constellation to look at a specific issue. This is a higher fee.
What to expect in being Representative
Being a representative and observer is a great entry level into Family Constellations. It is a wonderful way to experience the process to see to see if it may be a suitable one for you.You will experience the process. Get to meet the facilitator and find out it if thesis the right forum for you. Being a representative can give you insights into your own life experiences.Being a representative in a Family Constellations workshop can help you in understanding humanity.The process of Family Constellations shows we are all connected and encourages compassion fo others and oneself.

Typical Family History questions you may be asked when doing your constellation
Not everyone knows all of their family history well. Don’t worry if your knowledge is limited.
It may be useful to consider any of the following:
- Any tragedies that may have happened in the family.
- Any crimes committed that you know of.
- Family secrets that you know of connected with your issue.
- Did the parents have previous marriages, engagements, partners, lovers or love relationships
- Were there family members who’s difficult fates made them “outsiders”- eg were they handicapped, financially embarrassed, immigrants, homosexual, born outside marriage, seriously ill while young, unmarried, imprisoned or institutionalized due to mental illness?
- Has there been separation in the family particularly in formative years? Separation, due to hospitalisation, fostering, adoption divorce.
- Was anyone forced to leave their home or homeland?
- Did anyone in the family have parents of two nationalities?
